Our Return Policy  

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! We know sometimes items don’t fit right or you need something else. Here's the fine print.  

We accept unwashed, unworn returns for store credit submitted within 14 days of ship date through the Horsecreek Boutique Return Portal.  

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS PERIOD: For purchases made between December 3rd, 2024 and December 31, 2024, you may request returns until January 10th, 2025. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, the 14 days of ship date policy remains.

If you purchase re:do shipping insurance for $1.98 at the time of your order, returns will include free shipping. If not, you may purchase a shipping label through them.

We will NOT respond to return requests made over email or Facebook. 

We will NOT accept returns sent to us unless sent through the returns portal first. 

Your return shipping will be free if you purchased re:do shipping insurance with your initial order. 

So please head to the portal. And pretty pretty please don’t just send us your items back. We’ll have to donate it to charity and won’t be able to accept it. Which is great for the charity, but not great if you want to order more clothes! 

Returns accepted if submitted within 14 days of ship date. 

In-store credit only.

No refunds or exchanges. 

All sale items are final and non-returnable.

All masks and personal items are final sale and non-returnable. 

We have the right to refuse a return.

We have the right to apply a 25% restocking fee if deemed necessary.

Items received that were not submitted via the portal, past return date, or that violate return policy will be donated to charity.  

We appreciate your purchase and thank you for choosing to shop small!  Of course we want you to be super happy with your purchase, so we do accept
returns within 14 days of receiving the item.  Please use the Return Portal to make your return.  If you purchased the ReDo process for $1.98, you will be 
able to print the return label after you have gone through the portal.  If you did not purchase the ReDo, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  
All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, we do not do exchanges.  Store credit does not expire and can be used towards the purchase of any item from our website.  
If you are returning shoes, the shoe box may not be used as the sole shipping container; the box must be place in another box or poly mailer as the shoe box is considered a part of the product.  If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons: (insufficient address, unable to forward, incorrect address, incorrectly entering your shipping address or otherwise undeliverable) the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
Any items/orders that are canceled will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card sent to the email on file; we do not issue credit back to the form of payment.  
All sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
